Norton suddenly not working on device after update

What is the error message you are seeing? No active subscription on this device and Product Key is invalid. (-1005)

Please try re-entering Norton 360 product key at Norton 360 Home?
Please confirm you’re trying correct product key?

Please try running Norton 360 - LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.
