Norton Support engineer crashed my systems remotely

Hi community

During my recent support session with a Norton representative online,

The agent crashed my systems and performed a remote reboot without my approval,

As such I now have issues with the systems and despite several attempts to get a contact email to complain to the Norton team , I am informed that they do not have a complaints procedure or complaints policy, which sounds unbelievable for a Global company,

Has anyone else out there managed to raise a formal complaint as a customer and can advise me of the correct process..

Just calling a phone line is not an acceptable method for me as I wish a trail of evidence or at least emails...

Norton , poor form, bad customer service and worse customer experience in my opinion
