I have been dealing with a locked out password manager and Norton support for the past 2 months, I have been supposedly advanced to the top teir of their support team and all I get are autotexts saying they are lookin at my logs, I tried password recovery did not work tried to cotact support promised phonecalls 5 times, no call. I have been a loyal Norton customer for 23 years but that means SQUAT to them. Norton support is non existence. All i want are some answers to my questions but I cant even get that, top level support do not enteract with users I guess I have been offered no explaination why the issue is not being addressed other than empty excuses just get a spinning disk and password mager is nolonger in my device programs list yet the icon is there. In short support has offered no help at all.

I am using both windows and android on my phone, no screenshots as its a spinning wheel. Biometrics was set up on my phone to unlock vault. Tried to reset password and this happened. But I get several texts a day saying they are reveiving my logs I dont know how as I am not connected to log me in rescue,all I have gotten is excuses and password manager is nolonger showing in my all programs as it was before, Rick
