I keep trying to get Norton Support Live / Chat and nothing is showing up. Norton on my Windows system went away, then system would not boot properly and took much more time than usual. I was able to get system booted, and made sure that all updates were up to date. They were. Now, Norton has decided to disappear. It is not in my processes or anything. I logged into Norton, reinstalled. Rebooted. Still, nothing.
I have tried contacting the Cha with Norton Support. They must be on vacation because no chat is showing, and I have been trying/waiting for it to come up for over 30 minutes. NO Norton Support!
I saw a thread that said the issue with Chat program was reported to the Forum Admin. according to another Guru. Perhaps the issue with chat is not world wide.
Hello Steven. I just had a "Test" session with support via chat to validate the chat support system is working. It indeed is. What is the geo-location you are attempting to contact support from? Also what is the Norton product you have installed, what is your OS and its version? What browser(s) are you using? Have you disconnected from the internet and performed a full system scan?
