What is the error message you are seeing? When I go to …
support.norton. com / sp / en / us / home / current / contact ? inid=support-homepage_moresupportoptions-contactus and attempt either “Chat Now” or “View Phone Number” it merely asks a few form questions and then returns to this exact same starting page – over and over, without ever connecting to anyone in CHAT nor without ever showing any phone number.

@EDWARD_HOLDGATE Are you by chance using a VPN when connecting and/or ad blockers? Those can cause your issues. Disable the VPN if using it and clear your browser cache then retry. Let us know your results.
