Norton Support Website Chat seems broken

When you submit a support question - it gives you a reference number and invites you to CHAT.

However the CHAT button does nothing when you click it - it just has javascript.void() behind it...

Lousy quality control ?

Also be sure you are not using a VPN or an ad blocker extension when trying to access the chat.
