@MRDEREKT_ORD Norton Support isn’t an integral service we here on the forums are a part of. If Norton performed a service for you yesterday I would contact them again to have them correct the issues present after that service was performed. We cannot do that here on the forums.

I contacted Norton support three times. Each time, I got absolutely no answers or actual solutions—just generic comforting words. Every single time I gave them permission to remote into my PC, they did nothing but reboot my machine once, which killed the connection. When I reached back out with my case ID, I kept getting a brand new agent who had no clue what was going on. It was just a ridiculous loop.
I consider this to be the most terrible and pathetic support ever.
