Norton SystemWorks 2006 Premier conflict with Symantec Endpoint Protection

I have been using Systemworks 2006 Premier ever since getting it new with no problems. I don't believe I ever used the AntiVirus component because I always had a different Symantec AntiVirus installed that I received free for use through the Department of Defense. This is how I received the most recent Symantec Endpoint Protection. The problem is that these two refuse to play nicely together. Endpoint Protection refused to install until I uninstalled Systemworks and scrubbed every trace away with Revo Uninstaller. Now I have Endpoint Protection running fine (for at least a couple of months), but I cannot reinstall it. When I try to reinstall it, I get the screen that gives me the option to "Remove All" or "Modify". If I hit "Remove All" I get a message that "Install failed." If you choose "Modify" the "Norton AntiVirus" is grayed out, so I am unable to install with installing it. (I suspect it detects the AntiVirus in the Endpoint Protection.) While I can run the Systemworks from the disk, this is a work around that takes considerably longer to perform disk cleanup.

Thanks for your help.
