Norton SystemWorks Premier - One Button Checkup

Hi,

 

I have Norton SystemWorks Premier installed on my Vista Professional system.

 

Whenever the One Button Checkup executes the Norton Cleanup Scan seems to hang up. It will run for hours. OBC.exe will take up about 25% of the CPU and I eventually have to shut down Vista and restart just to get One Button Checkup to stop.

 

I am trying to understand what causes One Button Checkup to do this. I show that my subscription has expired. (I currently use Norton Internet Security 2009 in addition to SystemWorks Premier.)

 

Any help would be appreciated.
