Sadly Norton have told me the Asus vivobook with Snapdragon X Elite is not compatible
Hello Peter. ARM processors ARE supported by Norton. Albeit with depreciated features. Please read an earlier post of mine where another customer asked the same questions:

Norton GO supports ARM as the links provide information stating it does.

The above screenshot was taken whilst Norton technical were on my machine, i have followed all the info to load it as did the Norton tech & they still tell me uts not possibly
Forgot to ask what version Windows are you using and is it running is S mode? Install the app for Norton directly from the Microsoft store. Make sure you are logged into the device using an account that has admin privileges. Follow this article:
