I cancelled my subscription well before the 30 days. I received an email “The renewal of your subscription has been cancelled.” on Mon 6th January 2025. I removed my credit card details as well.
Whilst there were a couple of additional email from Norton I ignored these as I had cancelled, got a confirmation email so thought that was that. On Wed 22 January I received an Automatic Renewal email (Order AP2106512921) and the money had been taken from my credit card.
I class this as an illegal, fraudulent transaction. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT NORTON. There is no CHAT. No COMPLAINT process. The so called support just sends you around in circles.
If Norton can please contact me immediately to return my money and apologise I’d appreciate it.
