load in the middle of the page on certain websites. It happens in IE, Firefox and Chrome (all latest versions) and only to certain websites. I am using Norton 360/One and this happens on all 4 of my comptuers at home and 2 at work. If I disable the Norton Toolbar add on, the websites load correctyl and place you at the top of the page.

Norton ONE support has been zero help and their level 2 support was less helpful then that. I am surprised as a Norton One customer that support is going down hill as compared to last year.
If anyone has an idea on how to fix the Norton Tool bar issue, please post up. If Norton reps are reading these boards, please speak up if there is a patch coming out to correct this issue.
