I have Norton 360 version 6.3.0.14. Ever since I upgraded to FireFox 3.6.0, I have lost Norton Toolbar and Identity safe which I depend quite a bit. I have read the messages here and followed the process. Run Live Update many times. My Firefox and Norton 360 version are at the right recommended versions. However, when I check my Add Ons in Firtefox I see that Norton toolbar is at version 2012.5.5.11 and is disabled. FirefFox tells me that no compatible version is available. I can not enable the version that is there. How do I get Norton Toolbar version 2012.7.5.2 which the post on thi frum tells me is required?
