Norton Toolbar Form-Filler Get the Fields Wrong

Hi,

 

I'm a developer writing web software applications.  One of my clients is testing some webforms and reports back that his Norton system is prefilling the forms incorrectly.  His surname is showing in the telephone field for example.

 

Is there any documentation about how to make our forms Norton friendly?  Frankly it's a total pain.
