Norton toolbar gone on Chrome browser

I don't know why this keeps happening but whenever I try to manually "Update extensions now" in settings menu, it doesn't work. Also, it seems like there's 2 Norton toolbars in the Chrome web store, neither of which I can find by doing a simple search. I have to keep a bookmark of the location in order to find it.

The bigger issue is, when I go to Identity Safe standalone, then Settings then General, I see Google Chrome: Extension disabled. So I click on Install extension and it takes me to this page: https://identitysafe.norton.com/client?product=idsafe&SSDCAT=314&lang=en&product=idsafe and under Norton Security Toolbar, I click on "Click To Add" but that installs the older version of Norton Toolbar which of course now is "corrupted" after updating to the latest version of Chrome.

I tried updating NIS standalone. It reads as Product Version: 2014.7.11.42

For Norton Toolbar in Chrome, I have 2017.0.0.9 and for Chrome itself, it's Version 59.0.3071.86 (Official Build) (64-bit).

I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. Thanks for any help.
