Hi, I have just downloaded the new version of Norton 360.

Everything downloaded well.  This afternoon my toolbar has disappeared, has anyone any ideas.  Thanks.

Also, can you give us a bit more information on your hardware and software?

CPU, RAM, OS version - that sort of stuff

By the way [or is BTW more appropriate] did you install the new version over an older version? If so, which version?

And while you are gathering that, have you rebooted your system and run live update a few times?

If you use Internet Explorer, try the "View / Toolbars" menu to see if you can re-check the Norton Toolbar item.
