Hi, it's now been around or more then 2 weeks I think.
What's going on with the Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe exactly ?
Is a server issue, you guys getting DDoSed ?
Is it a internal issue and/or you are restoring a backup or there is a problem with the vaults ?
I would like to know what's really going on, because I've been a Norton user since the beginning and it's the first time that there is an issue that last that long.
Also, to avoid this kind of things why do you don't allow us to have an "Off line" vaults. Like on androids, it seem that only the apps for phones have an off line vault that you can still use. You guys should impliment that for computer too.
Because my vault works on my phone because it has an off line vault.
But nothing work on computer because you absolutely need an Internet connection.
It's getting really annoying, because I have to check on my phone every time I forget my logins as I use Identity Safe/Vault for all my logins.
