After going from one FireFox profile session to another different FireFox profile session the Norton Toolbar does not completely load and is not functional. The tool bar partially loads with no “safe search” window and does not change from “safe” to “secure” when going to a secure site. Also, surfing is very slow. Have to reboot (restart) system, but when “restart” is initiated a not responding/end window comes up for ccSvcHst before allowing restart. After reboot, everything goes back to working fine. This only started with the “hot fix” done for XP issues related to “conathst gone
