Hello ... I'm not sure how I managed to lose my Norton Toolbar, but I've been trying without success to retrieve it! I have followed all the instructions on this forum and others (checking that Norton toolbar is enabled, that third party browser extensions are enabled etc.) but to no avail. I am exasperated and rather desperate at this stage so please PLEASE help!
