Since updating my current Norton (6.1.2.10) and installing the Norton Toolbar, the Safe Search box has disappeared! The Norton Toolbar is still there, but only gives me the option to set up Identity Safe. I've tried clicking on the Norton Logo (as suggested in the Support pages, but no other menu appears. So I'm left with a toolbar, but no Safe Search box!
I really hope someone can help me, as I'm not getting any heads-up on the safety of web pages when I search from a different search engine either.

Can you tell us what operating system and what browser and version you are using?
If you have Norton toolbar on your browser, In Norton Toolbar->Click on the tick mark and check whether you have enable "Norton safe search" option or not?
Please use Norton remove and reinstall tool to fix this issue. Download Remove and reinstall tool from this location www.norton.com/nrnr and follow the instructions which are mentioned there.
Before using the tool take a backup of Identity safe data
Export Idsafe data to .DAT format ( Go to N360 main UI->Settings->Identity Protection->Log into identity safe->Export data)
Import your Identity Safe data (Go to N360 main UI->Settings->Identity Protection->Log into identity safe->Import data) using .DAT file which you have taken while export
