I am suddenly having problems with Norton toolbar loading in internet explorer 9. When I go to manage add-ons all Norton options are disabled. I attempt to enable but without success. I have tried updating and rebooting but still cannot enable toolbar. I also tried updating to explorer 10 but still could not resolve the problem. I am using the 32 bit version of explorer
