Toolbar is missing...I've already tried updating Live update and rebooting - still no luck:(

This is the correct version number.
Did you follow Krusty13's suggestion to check if the toolbar is hidden? Another way to check this is to click the Firefox button in the top left and hover your cursor over Options. The Norton Toolbar should be listed in the context menu and there should be a checkmark next to it. If it is there with no check, click it to unhide it. If it is not listed, please let us know.
I somehow overlooked Krusty's suggestion....thank you both for your help:)

Everything has been working fine but suddenly today I cannot access the Norton toolbar. In "manage add-ons" it is disabled and no matter what I do, I cannot reactivate it. I cannot use my identy safe for log-ins and this is becoming a real problem. There must be something I can do.
Hi,
Are you using the standalone toolbar or is it included in the Norton product you are running?
Thanks
It's the toolbar that comes with Norton Internet Security. I had 2012 and updated to the current one (2013?). I'm wondering if it's an IE 10 issue as the toolbar is still accessible on my husband's IE 9 pc.
I see that this problem is apparently solved. But not for me. I am using NIS 2013 on a Win7 64-bit desktop. Yesterday when I initially upgraded to Firefox 17, everything seemed OK. But when I booted up this morning, neither the Norton toolbar 2013.2.2.2, nor another password toolbar, Roboform Lite worked. I have retrograded to FF 16.0.2 for the time being.
