Norton Update Center Down?

I cant access www.updatecenter.norton.com from any browser.  Any other web page works fine.  Is it down?

I checked a couple of the "down or Just me"  type sites and looks likes its down for everyone.  No need for the site I was just kinda curious :smileyhappy:
