@Stephen_Mcconnell1 All Norton services are showing as UP presently. If you are referring to Live Updates I have checked my side, they work as advertised. Have you restarted your machine and rechecked?

All: Its still down for me as well here in the US. Tried two days ago as well with the same results.

When attempting to access this site and checking the site credentials the statement that the site is NOT a secure connection appears. No connection error codes are presented. The site is just simply not responding to connection requests. HTTPS should at least throw an error when it doesn’t answer browsers to connect.

Using two different browsers on more than one PC the site remains not able to connect to. Lets see how Norton responds to the escalation of Guru peterweb about the issue.

@Stephen_Mcconnell1 We need to ask WHY you are trying to visit the site that is down? Is there a specific issue you are trying to correct?

I have no specific issue for that. just checking Norton service and support sites.
We have been informed that the Update Center website has been decommissioned. The reason given is that it was for the older Norton products, and the newer products have a better, built in update path.
