Yesterday I bought Norton internet security 2012 & it came with Norton utilities also. I have successfully installed the internet security software but after installing the Norton Utilities I try to run it & it gives me a message saying that it has stopped working & windows will close the program and find solutions to the problem!
I am running on Windows 7 (64 bit) & have tried several times to UN-install & re-install the utilities software & also the internet security software with no difference being made. I have also done everything else it says to try in the forums on this subject & still nothing. I don't know what else to do & really need some help. I feel like I bought this software programming & now I am getting ripped off by only being able to install 1 part of it.
PLEASE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!
