Norton Utilities 15 update to NU16 help?

Hi I've got NU15 and only just found out the NU16 is out. Can I update my NU15 which is a digital download from Norton to the most update version NU16?

When I go to my Norton Account and re-download NU from there as I need to re-install it now the download is NU16 and not NU15 which I payed for do I need pay again for the new NU16 or can I still get NU15?

You can download NU15 from http://www.norton.com/nu15

 

If you download NU16 it will be a 30 day trial and you will need to activate it with a new Product Key, which you will have to purchase.

I got a popup window from NU that it was available at a discount.  I was able to upgrade mine for $10 US.

Hope Norton can do that here for us in the UK have NU16 at cheaper price to upgrade to

I was going to purchase a Norton bundle at Fry's that includes Norton Utilities 15.  If I purchase this, will I be able to upgrade to Utilities 16 for free, or will it still cost $10 or more?

I spoke to a rep using online chat and was told that I would not be able to upgrade for free if I purchase a new copy of Norton Utilities 15.
