Norton Utilities 16 activation

Need assistance with my Norton Utilities 16 activation?  I ran the suggest short program< as suggested. It told me I had the current version of NIS?  When I got to activate the Utility program the "Activate Now" button is grayed out, even when information is completed on the form,  I can either Purchase a key or cancel.

The second post was to qualify, the fact I found solution for and issue this past Dec but my copy was more recent then the solution...sorry bad grammar but working on two projects plus this..Thank you for your assistance.

sorry issue is unresolved…I found a “solution” to a earlier problem but when I applied that fix, the recommended solution said my program was newer that the recommend solution…believe me, I will gladly let everyone know when it is fixed, and ask for you all as witnesses in any divorce action :slight_smile:

Hi,

When you purchased NU you shoulld also have received the necessary license key. It is different/separate from the subscription key needed for NIS.

thank you sir, I have that information, the problem is when I file out the activation screen the tab to submit the required info, is "grayed out, only the Purchase and Cancel buttons are active.

Are you using a Windows account with admin privileges while installing Norton Utilities?

so far, the issue is on 2 Win acct…on is win 7 and the second is on a win 8 non touch screen…same issue on both and I run as admin on both, thanks Pete
