Norton Utilities 16 - Failed to initialized engine

Hello,

 

I have recently installed Norton Utilities 16.

Everything is working except SPeed Disk and DIsk Doctor. They are both failing to start with the message "Failed to initialize engine".

 

I have checked in the windows logs, but nothing is logged there.

Also running them as an Administrator does not seem to make any difference.

 

I am running Windows 8 64 bits.
