The Norton Utilities Premium upgrade does not accept my activation key. I pulled this key from my Norton Account page: [Removed]. Why won’t it accept it?
P.S. When I open the Norton Utilities application and go it its support option is sends me to the NortonLifeLock Chat page that CANNOT HELP ME. They try to sent the chat session to Norton Utilities support. The chat page tells me I have a “0 hour 0 minutes 6 second” estimated wait time – that was 20+ minutes ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can’t you be honest with your loyal customers!
Norton Customer Support has taken a HUGH HUGH HUGH downturn in quality ever since you merged with LifeLock!!!!!!!!!!!!
