Does thumb down means the action IS NOT recommended or does it mean that the start up program deletion is recommended if the thumbs down community percentage is large (> 50%) To me a 93% thumbs down means the community is solidly implying NOT to delete the start up program. These numbers are from the feedback from all users of Norton Utilities who opted in to share usage information with Norton. Thumbs up represents the % of users that accepted the use of that app. Thumbs down represents the % of users that removed/deleted that app.
