Premium gave message to Re-Activate and expiry date changed
Detailed description:
Opened Premium and had a message to Re- Activate. Followed prompts and nothing happened. I then noticed that the expiry date had changed from the end of the year to todays date. I then purchased a new licence from a third party seller as it is much cheaper and went to update the licence. Then get and error saying "Activation service is temporarily down. Wait and try again. This has happened for 2 days. I searched Norton for the Error4 and followed the method given but still a problem.
