Hallo an alle zusammen,

mein Norton™ Utilities Ultimate-Abo läßt sich nicht verlängern. Ich habe es per Lastschrift und Sofortüberweisung versucht. Es erscheint die Fehlermeldung “Bei der Abwicklung Ihrer Zahlung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es noch einmal.” Bei der Verlängerung von Norton 360 Advanced per Lastschrift hat ich dieses Problem nicht. Kann jemand weiter helfen?
