All systems, including Norton products, have been updated to the latest version.
My Region is Thailand. (System Region Checked)
I currently use two products: Norton 360 Premium + Norton Utilities Ultimate.
Norton Utilities Ultimate (Version 24.2.16862.6344)
There was a recent incident where I had to reinstall Windows 11 on the same PC.
When I installed Norton Security and Norton Utilities…
For Norton Security, after installation, there was no problem, I just had to re-activate it again. (Transfer License)
But for Norton Utilities Ultimate, after installation, I could not login to my account to re-activate it again.
When I login by used the password and security code. It will show a message that
“Server error: We’re working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request…(2016)”
In the Norton Community forum, as far as I read, there is a similar situation where they recommend going to my Norton account online and managing to delete unused licenses in Manage Licenses.
But in my case, it is not possible because my Norton Utilities Ultimate Subscriptions does not show up in the Manage Licenses menu. (I can only login first and then transfer the license.)
I have tried to fix it myself for a while but I can’t. Can you fix this issue?
i may has a fix to you call norton ore serch on the 2016 bug but if i whas you wait to 24.3 reinstall the program agian when the update is comming the 24.3 is only build to fix bugs in norton utilities and you problem might be gone the 24.3 patch is so big that it is stupid not to reinstall the program it is the biggest patch ever to the system i call it big major ore big big the patch is bigger then the next big 25.1 and norton eu is getting a lots of email bug found bug fix and so on so you problem is possile gone when it is comming if all is ok it is comming in the next 45 days if not delayd remember it is the biggest patch ever and it has possible also aboute 6-8 new thing in it ass im sorry so take it easy

I has lookt and it is just a server error so you just has to try agian but wait to call norton to after the 24.3 becurse it can be fix in that update and remember if they cant add enoug new thing in the 24.3 ass im sorry they allso has to upgrate the 24.4 to big in new thing ass im sorry and then there is comming many big in the 24 serie it is the big serie the only one there whas not big then whas the 24.2

Hope they has the problem fix soon but remember the 24.3 is on bugfix patch and there is possible also many other thing in it but it is easyer to add 5-7 new thing only and then make the 24.4 the new thing patch so there is aboute 8-10 new thing in 1 patch ass im sorry and 1 patch to fix bugs it is hard to add it all in one patch but it can be don but now whee see they is taking the 24.3 serius but i hope they do it in one patch

But i now how they do it now they is sending the 24.3 out 1 by 1 first part is out that is not the bugfix part that is comming later and the last part is the new thing part but there is possible also som new thing in the bugfix update but you has to tjek manuel if there is a update the same whit driver updater the auto update dont work before after there is crazy many bugfix so less then 8-10 new thing
