Received email to a free upgrade as the present version will not be supported after 30.06.2025. Followed instructions, and got repeated server error messages and that subscription has expired! However, expiry is summer 2026.
In result my “old” Utilities Ultimate got corrupted and can not be used anymore.
Using Win 11.
Any solution?

har du prøvet a geninstaller norton utilities husk at det kun er den nye udgave der virker fordi at de andre var ustabile i Windows 10 og 11 så de var nød til at lave alt fra nye
Of course I tried several times a new installation. I called the help desk, and through remote control they encountered the same silly error messages and the agent was unable to solve it. Now I do hope that the senior support team is getting back to me in reasonable time.
There might is a fix to you problem in the 24.4 miner it is a mega miner ther fix all bugs in the norton utilities there is not coming a update before that update is out the 25.1 is coming after
So you problem is possible gone it whas not meant to be that big but i found som big bugs so thay decididet it was easyer to fix all in one update then do it after the 25.1 it is better to fix all before a big update then after a big update
I found all the bugs so i get info when they has som info ass the only one becurse i made the update whit the senior team but it is under nda but ass i now just take it easy next mount is there
