While using the NUU cleaner, would the program have wiped a disc I had in the local disc drive (D), if all I was cleaning was my C drive? Can the files on the disc be recovered?

Je me permets de répondre en français à votre message sachant que vous utilisez à priori une version française de NUU.
Je vous invite à ouvrir Norton Utilities Ultimate. A aller dans le "Centre d'annulation" et à annuler les changements récents à l'origine de vos difficultés avec Nvidia Geoforce Experience et Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Puis à redémarrer votre PC.
Attention par défaut, les sauvegardes sont conservées par NUU pendant seulement 1 mois.
Dites-moi si cela résout votre difficulté.

I'm not knowing what you did...you wrote "wiped a disk D" and "cleaning C drive"
~ sounds like you cleaned Windows OS (C:) boot drive and not knowing regarding local disc drive (D)?
Did you use NUU Shredder with select files/folder on Data (D:) storage drive?
Note: system junk...as far as I'm aware refers to Windows OS (C:) junk

Hello Clive. Disregard that nonsense from Smart Scan about Norton Utilities. If your install of Windows had that many legitimate issues you would have been aware of it long before running Smart Scan. Conversely!! Are you having actual issues that we can assist with here on the forums?

new norton utilities ultimate 23.3 nnu is build to windows 10 and 11 not older windows version so if you got that many issues tray it its a good program ther is just a few bug in it you need to now but it is 80 to 90% fix i can help you if you need to im proberly the man who nows most of the nnu im the guru of that program the euro norton says it so i dont now why the us norton will not say i am it so if you need help send me a letter and i try to help you the one you got ther is hard to inform on
dont now aboute norton 360 but in Norton Utilities Ultimate it is only hdd
If you have an SSD it cannot optimize, it's only for HDD.
if you got the Norton Utilities Ultimate 23.2 then you got the new Norton Utilities Ultimate the old Norton Utilities Ultimate is 21.4 the new Norton Utilities Ultimate 23.2 is still in beta so ther is many bugs in it it is not in full version before q3 mayby q4
