i have recently purchased reneval for my Norton™ AntiVirus and also purchased ,Norton Utilities™ Version 15.0 with the package deal.
I can verify the purchase on the Order history screen

This is what i see on my order history .
Also i can only download AntiVirus programme
There isnt a Utilities Download for some reason.
I only see AntiVirus Programme on the products screen . Utilities doesnt even appear there
My question is .. have i purchased 1 Year Subscription Reneval for the Utilities ...and is that why i cannot download it .
Do i have to purchase the Original Product and then use the subscription?
I just want to use my product .
