I bought a 2011 pack of Norton, including Internet Security, Norton Utilities, and Norton Ghost. When trying to install Norton Utilities a error message comes up saying "Error while unpacking program, code 2. Please report to author." Then after clicking okay, another message comes up saying "Your activation has failed. Please ensure that you have entered your activation code correctly and that you are connected to the internet." I have re-entered my activation code multiple times and am connected to the internet. This is the only computer this program has been installed on, and when looking through the Norton site I could not find any solutions, please help.
