Hi, I am trying to install Norton Utilities on Windows 10 x64. When I launch nu16.0.2.39-SMUI.exe file I receive an incompatible windows driver has been detected that will cause the installation to fail. I looked at the support and installed the AMD chipset driver; went back to IDE Controllers in device manager and its still set to AHCI now in bios I am using AHCI not standard IDE so I take it that I'm out of luck for installing Utilities?
