Norton Utility's 15 has Stopped Working

Hi I'm having a little bit of an issue with my Norton Utility's 15.

 

When I try to load it up, it brings up the admin permission thing, then the logo for it but then crashes saying Norton Utility's 15.0 has stopped working.

 

Norton Info:

Norton Internet Security 2012

ID 19.2.0.10

 

PC Specs:

HP Touchsmart 600

Windows 7 64 Bit

Service Pack 1

 

Browser Using:

Firefox 8.0

 

Installed From:

Have you run a full scan on your system? You might also get a copy of the free version of Malwarebytes scanner and run it as well. It's here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free

It's Norton compatible so keep it around for when you want a second opinion.

One other question, what type(s) of hard drive(s) are you running?
