Norton Vault error on mobile

I logged into my vault today on my Android phone.  After successful login, I got an error: "There was some problem syncing the data.  Please logout and login again to sync the data."

I logged out and logged back in, same error.

I logged out, shut down my phone, waited about 20 minutes (mainly because I got busy and forgot about the phone), turned the phone back on, logged back in, and got the same error.

 

Is there something short of uninstalling and reinstalling Norton ID Safe Mobile that I can do?
