Norton Vault Recommendations

Hello,

I apologize if I placed this message in the wrong forum but my recommendations span across multiple platforms.

1. Vault favorites should appear on all platforms:  PC, toolbars, website, and mobile apps, Firefox, Chrome, Chromebook.

2. Vault Logins, Addresses, Wallet, and Notes, Tags should appear on all platforms too- not just on PC.

3. Vault password generator tools should be integrated on all platforms rather than having to go out to the website to generate a password.

4. Vault credentials need groups to manage credentials. (Use keepass as an excellent reference).

5. Vault mobile app should be able to launch the local app that requires the login credentials instead launching the local vault web browser (which is cheesy).  Instead, I have to copy the username or password and then manually having to go to that app and copy/paste the credential information. Too many clicks! Yes- do away with the vault browser and allow me to delete the default bookmarks too! Not all of us like CNN and Facebook!

6. Vault should be an app for Chromebook too.

7. Vault UI on PC is cumbersome and requires more clicks to get to credential information.

8. Search should not be the first item in the UI. If we can use favorites or groups then we should be able to get to our logins faster.  Keep search as the third option to find those other database items we occasionally look for.

I can't think of other items but in general, the UIs across all the platforms need to be more intuitive and predictable if vault is going to be a keeper.  If not, my alternative is to just go back to using keepass and ask those developers to continue improving their product.

Thanks!
