Norton VPN and WireShark integration

As an informational post: From the January 1 week vulnerability bulletin at CISA. Please note these are HIGH SEVERITY, and Wire Shark is a "packet capture" tool. The forums are full of posts where, the Norton VPN doesn't function properly, and while, Wire Shark is open source, the end provider should be working to rectify the issues with their products.
