Issue abstract: AdGuard for Windows replaces website certificates with its own security certificate to filter ads.
Firstly, because of the conflict, nothing opens in the Opera Presto 12.18 browser, and in other browsers, ad and tracker filtering is disrupted. AdGuard with Norton 360 incompatibility · Issue #1941 · AdguardTeam/CoreLibs · GitHub
Secondly, AdGuard has the Protect against DPI option to bypass website blocking due to political censorship in some undemocratic countries. As a result of the conflict, this function also stops working, which is why blocked websites do not open.
Detailed description: Norton 360 has a Safe Web fine-tuning for disabling HTTPS scanning, which eliminates this conflict, but it is not in Norton VPN Ultimate. Because of this, you have to disable Safe Web entirely, which reduces the level of protection against network threats.
