This announcement may be a little premature. Or it may just be delayed a little in Canada. The information on being available for Smart TVs is on the Canadian Norton website. But the app is not yet listed on the Canadian Google Play Store under TV apps.

A follow up to this issue.
I did find the VPN app by doing a search in the app stores for my cable provider’s Android TV digital box. I was able to install it but during the activation stage, the QR code opened the VPN app on my phone but gave an Activation Failed message. I tried again multiple times and go the same message. I had the same results on my iPhone on iOS 18.5, and my Android 14 phones.
I noticed that the reviews I checked before installing also showed many with the QR code not working.
I have reported this to my contact.
