Final straw for me. Been wanting to switch to a plan with total web security. And I’ll be looking somewhere else and not to Norton.
I think the issue is with iOS 18.5. I’m not having any issue with my Windows PC Laptop.
But Norton should figure it out or going to lose a lot of customers… including myself..
Have you opened a support ticket & documented issue with Norton support?
Same issue. Visiting the UK (from US). Have tried everything, including deleting and reloading Norton app. Nothing works - unable to load regions!
Also, I’ve tried several times to connect to customer service chat but that also doesn’t work.
Would really appreciate some help with this.

When I read “chat doesn’t work”.
I scratch my head…wondering why I’m able to readily reach Norton Chat support and you (some users) cannot.
