Final straw for me. Been wanting to switch to a plan with total web security. And I’ll be looking somewhere else and not to Norton.
I think the issue is with iOS 18.5. I’m not having any issue with my Windows PC Laptop.
But Norton should figure it out or going to lose a lot of customers… including myself..
Have you opened a support ticket & documented issue with Norton support?
Same issue. Visiting the UK (from US). Have tried everything, including deleting and reloading Norton app. Nothing works - unable to load regions!
Also, I’ve tried several times to connect to customer service chat but that also doesn’t work.
Would really appreciate some help with this.

When I read “chat doesn’t work”.
I scratch my head…wondering why I’m able to readily reach Norton Chat support and you (some users) cannot.

Same problem here, with iPad. What’s the point of a VPN that can’t change regions? Useless.
I have had the same issue too; on my iPhone, not on my Mac. I tried to unistall app, delete the vpn from phone settings, nothing worked… Any news?

I have reported to Norton and raised a ticket. Have this response
“I would like to inform you that this is an ongoing issue we are working on this. I would request you to please wait for 24 to 48 hours. And if the issue will still persist contact with the same case number”

Honestly same problem, it’s been happening for a week now. What’s the point of paying for it if it doesn’t work.
Same here. My iPhone is fine, my wife’s getting the error. Both iOS and Norton 360 up to date.
I am located in Italy and I have the same issues on my iPhone and iPad Pro
Apparently it is a bug of the system I restarted my router , removed and installed again the Norton application and I have still the problem . My subscription is Norton Premium
