The Norton Status pages show all services are green.

I just checked on my 360 iOS, and the standalone VPN apps and did not have any difficulty accessing the regions page. Are you using the 360 VPN or the the Standalone VPN app?

What part of the world are you in? Might be some localized issue.

Try again now, and if you still have the issue, try turning your device off and back on. Then test.

I have the same issue I did all the steps and it still doesnā€™t load Iā€™m using 360 and Iā€™m also located in the US

Same here. Iā€™m using an iPhone (iOS up to date and Norton 360 VPN). Iā€™m in Canada, and itā€™s connecting to Canada. But I want to connect to Germany, but Iā€™m getting exactly the same problem as the image above.

Still does not work, both standalone and 360 both give same page. iā€™m in USA.

There is the same issue with me, I canā€™t select the region. Iā€™m in Taiwan

Same issue for me, I am in Australia IOS 18.5 latest Norton from App Store. Uninstalled Norton 2 times, rebooted iPad Pro and still the same message ā€žunable to load regionsā€. Something seriously wrong with Norton 360.

Same problem, vpn shows the regions on other devices (iPhone, laptop) but not my iPad. Worked fine a week ago.
