Okay....as test: I installed FDM for all users. I added FDM Chrome extension. Norton 360 Secure VPN On does not like FDM and the FDM exe's that I added to Split Tunnel did not help. I don't have need for FDM. I did download a few files via FDM - Norton 360 Secure VPN Off.
btw ~ my non-Norton VPN seems to work okay with the few files that I downloaded via FDM.
FDM Lite can also be downloaded, which requires less disk space than the regular version by removing things like the torrent client. If a download manager is all you're after, this is the better choice.
