Norton Wallet balance Payout not showing up

Norton Wallet balance Payout not showing up even after reach the 0.004 range. Since yesterday haven't been able to withdraw since on my mining screen it shows Payout in green and amount is more than 0.004 but my Norton Wallet shows 0.000000 balance. And when I log into my Wallet the Payout has not been posted. This issue is still ongoing since yesterday.

Okay withdraw was good! Good job Devs!

Okay I was able to see the Payout now. Gonna try withdrawing it. I'll update.

My engineering team would like to have a look at your account, unfortunately there is no way to private message you on this board. Please send me an email directly so we can figure this out. My email is in my profile.

Waited a bit and saw that the gas fee dropped to 36 gwei and I restarted my pc and logged in into my wallet and still no payout. This could be an issue with the payout system and it could be tied in combination with 1.the amount of ETH your are holding 2.to the drop in price in ETH and 3. The current gas fee price too. At this point I don't think it has to do only with the gas fees anymore and more like a combination of things before it can do a payout. This is my guess...

Okay so I just checked the gas fees and it is at 42 gwei. I logged into my wallet and there is no payout for the 0.004489 ETH that I have holding. Not sure how lower the gas fees have to go in order to get a payout?

And at the same time you have been saying that the payouts are going through. So why haven't I got one?

Thanks for explaining Matt. So just so you can see why I'm worried as to why I'm not getting a payout. I've been waiting since sept 20 at 11pm when I reached 0.004 and have been waiting for a payout till today sept 23 9am.

Gas fees under 20 GWEI would be considered low, but we haven't seen that in quite some time. Right now it spiked to 419 and currently at 117, so our payout engine will not be paying out until it's much lower. While I don't know the exact specifics of how the algorithm works, I do know it does not consider the price of ETH for payouts.

I just turn checked up on it today and it is at 0.0044 and then I logged into wallet and no payout has been issued. I was checking the gas fees and they looked low(What number is consider low?) Is it a small window of when a payout appears? Does the price of ETH(Like if the price is down) effect the payout aswell.

You are correct gas fees have finally settled down and I can see regular payouts happening and some above .004 which indicates that mining continued while the gas fees were too high.

Okay I just checked the gas and it is not that high anymore but my payout is not going through. I'll check back again in a bit hopefully it is processed cause it has been like this since sept 20. Also the mining amount is not updating at the moment. Anyone else having this problem. I don't mind waiting with in the same day for the gas fees to lower but if the fees have dropped and my payment has not been processed than something else is wrong here...so I'll give till tonight and hopefully it goes through.

Once again if the gas price is too high we will hold the payout until the price is lower: https://ethereumprice.org/gas/

Gas price is the fee paid during the transfer of ETH.

I can keep mining so that's good. But there is no payout for the 0.004 ETH, but it is past the 0.004 mark so not sure why it not issuing a payout.

On the mining screen it shows 0.004+ mined. When i go to the wallet to withdraw it shows ETH 0 value USD 0.....

okay I just logged in to my wallet and it is over .004 but I didn't get a payout? So how do I withdraw it if I haven't been issued a payout?

A quick update on this, our payout system is now back to normal and payouts should be happening as expected. In fact I can see some payouts higher than .004 ETH which means while it appeared stuck it continued to track the value earned.

Oh I see okay so it should be available later today I suppose when the gas prices drop. I'll update if anything changes. Thanks for the information.

Because gas prices have been so high lately (gas link) our payout algorithm is doing it's best to make sure we don't have transactions that would cost a significant amount of what the payout actually is.
