The new web site is screwed up. After you log in, each menu item you click on opens a new tab and it asks you to log in again. I have five tabs open, just to get to this page. Also after fist log on, I see a green check and it shows only 3 of the 4 devices. I went to "My services" and have to log in again, go to services and the 4 devices are shown. Go to products and you have to sign in again. Now go to services and 4 nodes are shown, but one is red with an "X". It says "Issue found" and it trys to reach device, but does not and will time out. You go back and now the device is missing. This happens even if you are using that computer. I had to reinstall norton to correct that. That of course does not do anything for your screwed up web site.
