My question is a simple one. Is Norton VPN your own product or sub-leased via another company? Upon checking to make sure it really was altering my IP, i came across the isp as Surfeasy, is your wifi product based off of them?
Great tip. I already created the shortcut on the desktop, but did not go the extra step to pin the shortcut. And you can choose to pin the shortcut to either the Start menu, or the taskbar. Or both.
You can create a desktop shortcut to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton WiFi Privacy\client\Norton WiFi Privacy.exe" and then right-click it to "Pin to Start".
This is useful if you unchecked the option to run NWP on startup.
That is correct. What you have is an icon in the system tray. If you cannot see it, check the hidden icons by clicking on the up arrow to the left of the system tray. Then you can drag the icon to the main system tray.
When your system is being protected by NWP, you will see a green check mark in the icon.
You need to look at the Windows System Tray's hidden icons. Tap on the little up arrow at the left of the System Tray. You should see the Norton Wifi Privacy, NWP icon there. You can drag it from there to the main System Tray.
Norton will not usually divulge future expansions until they have been introduced.
This might be a good suggestion for the Product Suggestions board https://community.norton.com/forums/product-suggestions
